Cancellations:
In order to request a cancellation of your subscription to Atomic Fusion, you may Log In and visit the Billing Section via your avatar user menu.
If your subscription is active, you will see a 'Downgrade Plan' button here. On downgrading your plan via Stripe, you can cancel your Subscription.
Cancelling a subscription does not initiate a refund.
Refunds:We only offer refunds for annual subscriptions if the refund is requested within 30 days of subscription. A refund will result in the downgrade of the user's account and the user will lose access to repositories and assets within repositories, except for their first repository.
Refunds and cancellations are not applicable on items purchased on the Atomic Fusion Marketplace. We do run quality checks on all items listed on the Marketplace, however we do not take responsibility for the poor quality of an item purchased on the Marketplace. That responsibility is solely borne by the corresponding Seller. Please refer to the Atomic Fusion Marketplace Terms for more information on this.
